Manage client relationships, timelines, and budgets

ApplicantOne, Inc. is a start-up recruiting company based in Lakeland, Florida. They developed a proprietary software (SaaS) and combine it with the human element of recruiting. I helped to bring this unique offering to the HRTech market.
Led all marketing and communication initiatives/projects including, web development, email, social media, events, analytics, etc. for a SaaS-focused HRTech startup
Established market research to determine personas and target audiences to lead campaign efforts
Implemented a monthly newsletter, email cadences, and customer segmentation
Developed and managed a full marketing website to drive leads, content marketing strategy, and SEO
Set up Google Analytics, Console, and Hubspot CRM for reporting purposes
Drove campaign efforts to develop MQLs and SQLs for the company resulting in weekly lead generation
Developed and built landing pages, forms, and CTA’s for all marketing initiatives (more than 60+ landing pages have been developed in a 5-month time frame)
